Clinical Science publishes papers in the field of clinical investigation, defined as the whole range of biochemical, physiological, immunological and other approaches that may have relevance to disease in man. The Journal contains invited reviews, full papers, accelerated publications, invited comments and correspondence.

Full papers are published online as Immediate Publications in PDF format as soon as they are accepted.

One of the highlights of this issue is a review entitled 'GPCR signalling in hypertension: role of GRKs' by Andrea Eckhart and colleagues (Thomas Jefferson University).
